2.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the project has all relevant licenses, permissions, and approvals before work begins. Spartan Electric Inc. is not liable for any delays or additional expenses brought on by the client’s failure to get these authorizations.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. The client will receive a thorough price or proposal that includes the cost of our services. The cost of labor, supplies, equipment, permits, and any other pertinent charges may be included in the pricing.

3.2. The client must be informed promptly of any additional expenses arising from unanticipated events, adjustments requested by the client, or changes in the project’s scope. Before moving further, the client’s acceptance of these extra fees may be required.

4. Termination of Services

5.1. Spartan Electric Inc. retains the right to stop providing services if the client does not abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the contract, including failure to pay fees, breaching the terms of the agreement, or breaking any applicable laws or rules.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. The state or province in which Spartan Electric Inc. conducts business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions. Both parties consent to these courts having personal jurisdiction over them.

6. Force Majeure

8.1 Spartan Electric Inc. is not responsible for any delays or failures in fulfilling its duties under these terms and conditions that are caused by things that are out of its reasonable control. These unforeseen incidents could be acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, or anything else.
